Vasyl Fenchak was born in 1968 in Transcarpathian region.
In 1987 he graduated from the school of the applied art, Uzhgorod.
Since 1990 to 1995 Vasyl was a student of Lvov Academy of Printing named after Ivan Fedorov. After graduation he engaged himself in easel painting and graphic arts. He took an active part in numerous international exhibitions and contests.
Since 1994 Vasyl began to work in the technique of exlibris.
Since 2001 he is a full member of the Deutsche Exlibris Gesellschaft (German Association of Exlibris Artists).
His works were exhibited extensively; many of them are now the part of private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Belgium, Netherlands, Japan, Italy, USA and many other countries.
